Happy New Years

Happy New Year to all of our dedicated ICORP supporters!

As we embark on a new year, we want to take a moment to express our gratitude to each and every one of you for your support of our mission to protect wildlife. Your contributions, both financial and in terms of your time and skills, play a crucial role in helping us to be effective in our efforts.

As you may know, the challenges facing wildlife in Southern Africa are numerous and complex. From habitat loss and degradation to poaching and human-wildlife conflict, there are many threats that animals must contend with. That's why the work of ICORP and organizations like ours is so important.

In the past year, we have achieved some impressive results thanks to your support. We conducted 75,500 km of vehicle patrols, removed 4,337 snares, patrolled a total of 5,638 km on foot, arrested a total of 12 poachers, and reduced poaching incursions by 94%. These are just a few examples of the impact we have been able to make, and we couldn't have done it without you.

With your support, we are able to patrol critical habitats, rescue injured animals, and work with local communities to promote conservation. We are also able to advocate for the protection of wildlife at the local, national, and international levels, shining a spotlight on the issues that matter most.

We know that 2020 was a challenging year for everyone, and we are deeply grateful for your continued support despite the challenges. As we look ahead to 2023, we are more committed than ever to making a difference for wildlife and their habitats. And we are so grateful to have you by our side as we work to achieve our goals.

Thank you again for your support, and here's to a successful and impactful year ahead!

Sincerely,

Matthew Mc Donald

CEO of ICORP
